20 CPTS Customer Service counter is now open. Please feel free to come by on Mon, Wed, Fri 0900-1100 or 1300-1500. Briefings: 1. PCS Inprocessing Briefing: To book an inprocessing appointment go to the Book Briefing tab. You must have a booked appointment to attend. Please bring a complete copy of your PCS Orders 2. Sep/Ret Briefing: We are conducting separation and retirement briefings again. You must have a booked appointment for this service as well. 20 CPTS can now be accessed virtually. Comptroller Service Portal (CSP) Now Live! Must be accessed with a CAC. This new ticket system is being implemented AF wide. It allows the Comptroller Squadron to be more transparent with our Customers in real time. Can't make it to our office? Need to just drop off paperwork? Create your ticket, upload documents, see the status anytime when you login, and you can visually see it being worked as it's assigned to technicians. Upload your dorm clearance form 2. BAH Dependency Status Update: a. Complete AF Form 594 & upload b. Marriage cert, birth cert, divorce decree, etc. 3. State of Legal Residence a. DD Form 2058 4. Maternity Clothing a. AF Form 469 (profile) b. 1st Sgt MFR or statement you've been briefed and signed on 469. If there is a item we can't resolve virtually a technician will set you up with an appointment to come into our office.

    Recently PCS'd to Shaw and starting hearing the usual negative comments about finance during my in-processing. I just want to say that I've personally never had an issue w/finance at my previous duty stations but the 20th CPTS stands out as the most efficient and expeditious working finance office despite the current pandemic/virtual situation. During my short time here, finance has taken care of my PCS travel pay, TMO PPM pay, flight pay, and are currently handling my wife's licensure reimbursement all within a very short turnaround. I'm sending this in hopes that will be brought to everyone's attention that the strong work that you do is literally paying out and that I appreciate what you do each and every day! Thank you for facilitating my PCS transition.

    I need to pay a debt the link on the shaw page sends me here to make an appointment. There is no way to make an appointment on this site. No one answers phone calls and emails. The comptroller portal answers half of your questions and closes your case just so you can open it again and get another partial answer.
